By entering any AIWW2023 premises from 6-9 November 2023, I hereby declare my agreement with the following listed rights:
Amsterdam International Water Web, the organizing committee of AIWW2023 and their sponsors may use and publish film recordings, photos and interviews for advertising, press and public relations work, which are produced within the framework of AIWW2023 Integrated Leaders Forum, AIWW2023 Conference and associated competitions (e.g. recognition contests), as well as the side and site events on which participants are recognizable (hereinafter ‘footage’).
Amsterdam International Water Web, the organizing committee of AIWW2023 and their sponsors may only publish a modified footage after consultation and approval with the institution and/or the participant or his/her legal representative as mentioned above. We expressly agree to the recognizability of the participants on the recordings as well as to the broadcast and recognizability of the voices with/without naming in audio and/or audio-visual media (especially on the internet). There is no claim to naming. Insofar as the recording reveals information about my ethnic origin, religion or health (e.g. skin colour, headgear, glasses), my consent also refers to this information.
Amsterdam International Water Web, the organizing committee of AIWW2023 and their sponsors receive the right of use to the recordings unlimited in terms of time, content and space for the purpose of advertising, press and public relations work, as well as for use on our homepages and social media channels, in particular the right to copy, distribute, publish, exhibit and publicly reproduce. Any promotional use (e.g. as part of a campaign or as cover motif of printed matter with individual participants) Amsterdam International Water Web, the organizing committee of AIWW2023 and their sponsors are only permitted after consultation with the institution and/or the participant or his/her legal representative.
There are specialized archiving services whose goal is to permanently document the state of certain websites at certain dates. This may mean that information published on the internet can still be found elsewhere even after it has been deleted from the original site. This consent is voluntary. I can refuse it without giving reasons and without having to fear any disadvantages. I can also revoke this consent at any time in text form (e.g. letter, e-mail). My recording will then be removed immediately by Amsterdam International Water Web, the organizing committee of AIWW2023 and their sponsors to the extent required by law and will no longer be used.
If I am pictured on the recording together with other persons, the recording does not have to be removed, but it is sufficient if I am immediately made unrecognizable on the recording (e.g. by pixilation). Amsterdam International Water Web, the organizing committee of AIWW2023 and their sponsors will not sell footage or otherwise receive a specific financial benefit from the use of footage.
I understand I will receive no compensation for the use of footage. I understand that neither Amsterdam International Water Web, the organizing committee of AIWW2023 and their sponsors have an obligation to use footage. There is no entitlement to remuneration or reimbursement of expenses. Any claims against Amsterdam International Water Web, the organizing committee of AIWW2023 and their sponsors and/or against third parties in connection with this consent and transfer of rights do not exist.
By entering the AIWW2023 premises, I agree that the recordings made of me may be used, edited and published by Amsterdam International Water Web, the organizing committee of AIWW2023 and their sponsors as described in this consent form.
