Profile: At the International Office, she is responsible for positioning Amsterdam internationally as a responsible capital, merging economic, social and cultural ambitions. She currently collaborates with 26 cities all over the world and represents Amsterdam in international networks; monitors global trends and their impact on the city. A part of her position is also to work as a Strategic adviser to the Mayor of Amsterdam and the vice-mayors on all international affairs while representing the City of Amsterdam in national and international fora and in bilateral and multilateral meetings all over the world. Prior to this, she was a Senior Advisor for International Affairs at Ministry of Education, Culture and Science.
Expertise: international affairs, bridge building between the public and the private sector, national and international, initiate projects with complex settings, international law and international relations in the field of economy, culture and urban development.
